Project Submission Process

Gladitood’s decision to only work with verified nonprofits requires that we take the time to properly vet every organization fundraising on our site.

Once you have submitted your campaign for review, our vetting process will require you to respond directly to the email we send you with the following information.

  • A link to your Nonprofit’s website
  • Any links to your Nonprofit’s social media accounts (if applicable)
  • Your organization’s Employer Identification Number (EIN)
  • A copy of the 501(c)3 determination letter received from the IRS (if you do not have this letter you can request yours here)

This level of security ensures that there is absolutely no fraud on Gladitood, so your current donors are protected from potentially fraudulent activity that you may find on another platform, and new donors can trust the authenticity of your fundraiser.
