Update: In addition to providing medical care, we will also be joined by Scott Gallagher who will hold soccer clinics and give away shoes and uniforms to Honduran kids. Should be another rewarding dynamic to this trip!

On February 28, 2016, a 20 person brigade of ENT doctors, nurses, medical students, and an audiologist will travel from the United States to the rural city of Catacamas, Honduras. Catacamas is located in the central part of Honduras in the department of Olancho. Hospital Santo Herman Pedro is a recently constructed hospital that serves about 100,000 people in Catacamas and the surrounding communities. There is a severe shortage of specialty physicians in Olancho. The ENT brigade will work at the hospital for five days performing over 200 outpatient clinic evaluations, and performing approximately 50 surgical procedures. Patients also receive audiological testing and fitting of hearing aids. Please consider donating to this brigade that is bringing ENT medical and surgical treatment to a community that otherwise will go untreated.
