The Rev. Anderson Madimilo of the Diocese of Mpwapwa, Anglican Church of Tanzania and his bishop (The Most Rev. Jacob Chimeledya) have invited the Rev. Pamela Dolan and the Rev. Dan Handschy to come to Mpwapwa and lead a pastors' conference on the importance of food security to God's plan of salvation.  Pamela is an expert in gardening and the spirituality of gardening, while Dan has studied and written about the connection between eucharist and agriculture.  Over seventy pastors from Mpwapwa will attend the conference.  Mpwapwa is currently in the midst of a drought which means that resources are stretched thin.  The money raised will go directly to defray the costs of pastors attending the conference.
