NEWMA CDC creates career training education for unemployed and under‐employed individuals and communities. By providing access to tailored occupational learning programs, students are empowered and prepared to enter lifetime career occupations that create a sustainable and livable earnings. Through the job readiness and training courses offered, NEWMA CDC participants are able to bridge the gap between “low” to “living” wage skill sets. NEWMA CDC provides students with equitable skills for in-demand jobs with advancement opportunities and maintainable income.
